Engle Homes will not stand by their work. The homes they build will have problems and when they do they will not stand by and fix them. During the building of the house they would not fix the problems. Now my floor squeeks the doors are sticking and they won't comeout to fix any of it. Don't buy an Engle home!
My front porch fell off my house after they supposedly fixed it. Now they won’t come out and fix it as they say “it was installed correctly”. It’s amazing they won’t stand behind their homes. If it was installed right it would not have fallen off the house! The floor is uneven and they creak when you walk on them, so much for the silent floor!! I have friends that have bought Pulte and Richmond homes and they don’t have any problem with the builder fixing problems that are due to the builder’s incompetence. If you are considering buying an Engle home please reconsider to a builder that will stand by their homes! |
